Please turn in two copies of medical forms and insurance cards.  Anyone attending Weblos Resident Camp must have forms A, B, and C completed.  C must be completed by a doctor.  All other Scouts and parents only need to have parts A and B completed.  Forms should be turned in to our Committee Chair, Christina Steidle.
